Troubleshooting: Badge is Not Lighting Up (Legacy)

If your beacon battery indicator doesn't light up, first, try charging it overnight.
 
If the light still doesn't come on after that, verify that your beacon is or isn't picking you up in any room with a sensor (exam rooms, nurse stations, etc.)
 
If you need more help, contact your Customer Success Executive or open a ticket in the customer portal.
