      Troubleshooting: Bootloader Screen (Factory Reset)

      If the bootloader screen pops up (see image), you will need to be able to plug in a keyboard and mouse via USB.

      • Once plugged in, navigate to "Wipe data/factory reset" and press enter
         
      • Then select "Reboot system now"
         
      • After a few minutes the tablet screen should pull up as normal
