Logging In

Your administrator creates user accounts. Once a user account is created, the user receives an email with login information.

Login Access

Your clinic's administration has created a Stat account for all users. Access your account by clicking the link in the email from passwords@stat.io in your inbox.

Microsoft Login

You may also login using your Microsoft account, by selecting "Sign in through Microsoft".

Using Stat from Web Browser

You can access Stat through a web browser by visiting app.stat.io or by downloading the desktop app directly from the site. Additionally, you can enhance your browsing experience by installing the Stat Chrome extension, which allows for a convenient side-by-side view of your tabs.

Note: We recommend using Chrome as your web browser when accessing Stat

Using Stat from Desktop App

Once you are signed into app.stat.io homepage, you can download the desktop app from the Applications tile. The desktop app, once downloaded, is automatically configured to load and login whenever a user opens a computer Windows-based computer.

Note: The desktop app is only available for Windows computers. Users will not see the download option that is pictured below if using a Mac.

Stat on Mobile Device

Access Stat on mobile devices by downloading the app from Google Play (for Android phones) or the Apple App Store (for iPhones). The app allows you to receive notifications on your device or smartwatch. Without the app, you can still receive notifications via text, but the app offers a more streamlined experience.

Accessing Stat from Teams

1. Add the Stat app to Teams.

2. Right-click the tab on the left that says "Stat" and press "Pin".

3. From the app, you can toggle between the "Activity" tab and the "Stat App" tab. In Teams, Activity will show you notifications you have received.

4. The Stat App will allow you access all Stat features.

If notifications are active, you will see a counter on the app in your taskbar, much like you'd see a notification on an app on your phone.
